Adding life to days, when days can no longer be added to life

Archangel Michael Hospice offers free palliative care for people with any life-limiting condition. Including, cancer and other serious illnesses such as; Motor Neurone Disease, heart failure, end-stage respiratory and kidney disease.

ANYONE IS WELCOME REGARDLESS OF RACE, RELIGION, LIFESTYLE OR, THE NATURE OF THEIR ILLNESS.

Situated overlooking the Mediterranean. Archangel Michael Hospice can be found in the tranquil village of Mesa Chorio, a village situated on the outskirts of Paphos. It is an ideal location given the type of care provided. The state of the art hospice has nine spacious bedrooms and, offers palliative and respite care to all those in need.

It is also the only facility in Cyprus that is specifically designed to offer palliative care to children.

Opened in July 2015, the initial cost of €2.1m was largely raised by a team of enthusiastic volunteers.

Archangel Michael Hospice now faces annual operating costs of around €300,000. It is administered by a Board of Trustees who between them have extensive expertise in business, marketing, healthcare and finance.

The main challenge facing the Trustees of the Hospice is ensuring that we consistently offer high-quality care. A level that our patients deserve. And, supplied by highly qualified medical staff and enthusiastic volunteers in support roles. Also to ensure sufficient funds are always available to make possible that level of care.
